These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between My Online Golf Club and yourself (you). Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). We will send you an order acknowledgement shortly after you place your order, notifying you that we have received your order. This acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of Your order is merely to report that Your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of Your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the contract is not received from you in cleared funds. My Online Golf Club may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will reasonably allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens/prints. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us. We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown are accurate at the time of placing your order. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item we will contact you and allow you to place a new order at the correct price, cancel the whole order or correct the order using the correct price for the goods. If you do not choose one of the 3 available options within 14 days, your order will be cancelled or the under priced item will be removed from your order. If any payment has been made by you, you will be credited back to your original payment method. The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on the delivery method you choose. All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and do not include cost of delivery and packaging. We reserve the right at any time to correct clerical omissions and errors without any liability on Our part. Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on our website. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. Please be aware that if you are using Paypal as your payment method we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

Ownership of the Goods delivered or to be delivered by Us will only be transferred to You when the Goods have been delivered to You and We have received cash or cleared funds in full payment of all sums owing to Us in respect of the Goods and in respect of any other agreements between You or Us.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order. UK mainland delivery will normally be made within 5 business days after the order is accepted Monday to Friday and We will normally despatch Goods by first class post or courier to mainland UK. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. We shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver by the date specified but We shall be under no liability whatsoever for delay in delivery or the consequence thereof however caused or non delivery of Goods. We will take reasonable steps to notify You within 14 days of order confirmation if Goods will not be shipped as ordered. When Goods are delivered to You, You should carefully check the documentation to ensure that the number and contents of the packages due to be delivered corresponds to the number and contents of packages received. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered the risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

If you are unhappy with any product you may return it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging - within seven days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for golf equipment that shows evidence of having been used or on custom made products unless they are faulty. If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you. For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment to return the goods. Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.
